Eco-Friendly Chemical Processing

When purchasing eco-friendly cleaning products, most people look only into the ingredients used in the processing of the cleaning chemical. However, if the cleaning solution is promised to be eco-friendly and not harm the environment, then consumers may overlook what actually happens in the chemical processing plant. The truth is that, in some cases, the processing can involve the use of harmful chemicals, which in turn, will affect the end product. That is why Daimer® takes special efforts to ensure that its Eco-Green® line of products is truly safe, even during the processing.

A Question of Quality

One of the reasons why some products end up being low on quality is because the chemical processing is not done in an efficient manner. To boost numbers or lower production costs, the chemical processing plant may resort to using low quality ingredients. In the case of eco-friendly cleaning products, this might affect the product by rendering it less effective and more difficult to break down into the environment. That is why Daimer® is committed to using only the highest quality ingredients at every stage of production. Because Daimer® uses quality components, you can be assured the Eco-Green® line of green chemicals is environmentally friendly and that the cleaning power and biodegradability will not be altered in any way.

In fact, Daimer® takes its own chemical processing very seriously because the Eco-Green® cleaning products work by utilizing a special Micro-Blasting® technology to remove dirt and grease. This specialized system allows these green chemicals to work effectively by penetrating and dissolving dirt molecules form the inside, breaking them into tiny particles. In the case of grease or other hydrocarbon materials, the carbon bonds themselves are destroyed, reducing even the toughest sedimentation and deposits to elements that are easily removable. Resulting particles are emulsified in water and rendered easy to wash or wipe away.

The products made in Daimer®'s chemical processing plant have an extra-careful eye on product effectiveness. However, they are also stringent about the environment-friendly nature of the product.

Back To Nature

One of the most important feature of Eco-Green® products is that they are plant-based cleaning solutions. Most conventional cleaning formulas are synthesized using man-made chemicals, many of which are extremely toxic or harsh. These chemicals are not only hazardous for the person who uses them, but also cannot break down easily in the atmosphere. This is one of the main challenges industries face when trying to be ecologically responsible. It is hard for them to find effective cleaning products that do not pollute the environment. Because Eco-Green® cleaning solutions are synthesized from natural plant materials, they can break down easily and quickly in the natural environment. This also means they are safer for the people who use them and surfaces on which they are applied.

For customers who would like to look into the composition and safety of each Eco-Green® formula, Daimer® has made the MSDS sheets for all green chemicals readily available. If you do not see the MSDS sheet in the section above, do not hesitate to ask.

The chemical processing of Eco-Green® products does not end there. Daimer® has taken steps to work closely with the client to deliver them the formulations that they specifically need. For industries that may have specialized cleaning needs that require custom cleaning solutions, Daimer® can provide green chemicals that are perfectly blended and designed for the task. Unlike many other conventional chemical businesses, Daimer® takes its processing very seriously and ensures you receive only the highest quality products.
