Advantages of Electric Pressure Washers

Daimer Industries® has been known for meeting and exceeding customer needs and expectations when it comes to versatility, power, and quality. Daimer® has once again listened to its customers and delivered with the new line of all-electric Vapor-Flo® electric pressure washers.

The Vapor-Flo® line is not new to Daimer®, who has always offered the signature Vapor-Flo® 8800 with a pressure level of 1800 psi and a flow rate of 2 liters/minute. However, based on the demand for electric powered, electric heated systems amongst its customers, Daimer® has greatly expanded the line to now include more than 80 models!

Why Choose All Electric Pressure Washers?

Selecting pressure washing equipment that is both powered and heated by electricity offers many benefits. First, the convenience of a single power and heat source is one of the most significant advantages an electric pressure washer operator will find, as it drastically simplifies operation. Users don't have to worry about finding two separate sources of energy to power and heat the machine.

Since Vapor-Flo® systems use electricity to both power and heat the machine, they operate much cleaner than gas, propane, and other fuel-powered units, as well.

As these electric pressure washer machines offer high hot water temperatures up to 205°F, they can be used to virtually melt and blast away some of the most difficult residues you will encounter in commercial and industrial applications. Second, Vapor-Flo® electric pressure washers boast both hot and cold water emission, allowing for enhanced versatility as needed. Both of these features are discussed in detail further down the article.

Additionally, sole use of electric power translates to much quieter operation than with the operation of fuel powered units. This allows users to tackle indoor applications where noise may be a concern, as in schools, nursing homes, hospitals, and other facilities.

Electric Pressure Washer Systems with High Hot Water Temperatures

Vapor-Flo® electric pressure power washer machines offer dual-mode temperature options: cold water and hot. The use of unheated, cold water is ideal for lighter applications, or in applications where the surface may be damaged by excessive heat.

Hot water, on the other hand, offers enhanced cleaning power to melt and dissolve stubborn stains and deposits on contact. Hot water temperatures of Vapor-Flo® systems can reach up to 205°F, depending on the model.

With advanced hot water cleaning power, even the basic Vapor-Flo® unit, a 1400 psi electric pressure washer, can handle challenging commercial and industrial applications.

Electric Pressure Washers - Find the Right Configuration

Daimer® supplies pressure washers to commercial and industrial users across the globe. As such, Daimer® recognizes the varying power requirements in different countries and provides electric pressure washer configurations to match each of the power requirements you may face around the world.

Vapor-Flo® electric pressure washers are available in both 50 Hz and 60 Hz configurations of all power levels. More specifically, the following power configurations can be met with electric pressure washers by Daimer®: 220V-240V, three phase, 60 Hz; 440V, three phase, 60 Hz; 220V-240V three phase 50 Hz; and 440V, three phase, 50 Hz.

In addition to variations in power, Daimer®'s Vapor-Flo® electric pressure washers come in 4 distinct casing and mobility configurations, each available in the various power options available (i.e. pressure levels, flow rates, and maximum temperature levels).

Stationary Vapor-Flo® models are comprised of a stainless steel casing and are ideal for commercial/industrial facilities requiring a more permanent pressure washer addition for application within a given area. The stainless steel mobile configuration is ideal for facilities prone to rust and stains, as the stainless steel exterior resists damage from these factors.

Powder coated steel electric pressure washers are also available in both top-accessible units and non top-accessible units. The top-access model offers enhanced functionality by allowing operators to access the water tank from the top of the machine. Both models, however, boast rugged powder coated steel housings designed to resist chemical corrosion and chipping.
