WOBURN, MA - January 16, 2009 - Daimer Industries, a leading manufacturer and distributor of commercial cleaning products, announced new technologies and introductory pricing across three of its major product lines: steam cleaners, pressure washers and carpet cleaners.
"As the economy continues to tighten, we've decided that the best defense is a strong offense," said Matthew Barrata, Daimer spokesman. "As a result, we're introducing our 2009 product line at low prices."
Pressure Washer with Patented Technology
One of the examples cited by Barrata was the XTreme Power ® HSC 13000, a new hard surface power washer bundled with a patented, motorized 9-inch spinning system designed for cleaning and simultaneous extraction for hard surfaces like floors and tiles.
The XTreme Power ® HSC 13000, which also serves as a powerful carpet cleaner, wall cleaner, and upholstery cleaning machine with optional tools, delivers up to 1500 pounds per square inch of pressure (psi) versus the less powerful 1200 psi of typical hard surface cleaning machines with no extraction.
For customers concerned about the environment -- and their water bills -- the product uses only 1/3 of the water of typical hard surface cleaning machines, Baratta said.
The product will sell for $7,010, or 35 percent off of list price. Other new members of the HSC line that Daimer is selling at similar discounts include products offering features such as acoustic cases for low-noise environments like hospitals.
Steam Cleaner that Reaches 330ºF
The new Super Max ® 6000SP steam cleaner offers steam pressure of 750 psi, generates steam with temperatures of up to 330ºF and meets USDA standards for use in food service and production establishments. The extreme high temperature of the product's steam allows it to dissolve chewing gum, mold and mildew, oil, and other hard to remove gunk from porous and non-porous surfaces.
The new product also features long-lasting stainless steel heating coils. Often, lower priced units use more fragile aluminum, which can be prone to holes and eventual failure
Daimer is selling the new Super Max ® 6000SP at $4,321, about 50 percent off of list price. Other products in the Super Max ® line that are being offered at similar discounts include a $9,614 model, which offers that same high temperature steam and 3000 psi, the highest pressure in Daimer's steam pressure washer product line.
Carpet Cleaner that Does Floors
Daimer also announced the XTreme Power ® XPH-5810CH, one of the first products designed for most hard surfaces and carpets. The product combines a low-moisture steam carpet cleaner for fast drying and a hard floor cleaning system featuring a hand-held four-jet squeegee wand for maintaining surfaces such as porous tile and concrete.
The low-moisture technology used in the XTreme Power ® XPH-5810CH allows carpets to dry in as little as two hours. The product is being offered at $2,195, or 45 percent off of the list price. The new carpet cleaning machines line includes products offering up to three times the power at similar discounts off of the list price.
