New dual-chamber machines maintain pressure and temperature
for non-stop cleaning and tough jobs.

WOBURN, MA - February 6, 2009 - Daimer Industries, a leading manufacturer and distributor of commercial cleaning products, introduced a new refill technology that allows steam cleaners to operate continuously without fluctuations in pressure or temperature, a problem that effects many existing continuous refill steam cleaners. This technology was added to machines in Daimer's KleenJet® line.
"Our continuous refill steam cleaners have no pressure caps, so the machines can be refilled as the customer works," said Matthew Baratta, Daimer spokesman. "These machines are ideal for customers looking for convenience or for those who need to clean large areas and don't want their work interrupted."
Steam Cleaner Technology
The new steam cleaners have two water chambers -- a pressurized boiler tank and a non-pressurized tank-- and no pressure caps. To refill the machines, water is added to the non-pressurized chamber. With the Daimer KleenJet® machines, neither the water temperature nor the pressure declines during a refill, a problem that can affect other continuous refill equipment.
Daimer's new continuous refill steam cleaners avoid drops in pressure and temperature problem by managing internal boiler tank refills very precisely with a patented electro-mechanical device. This device is unaffected by calcium deposits and remains reliable in all types of water (hard, mineral, soft, purified). In fact, this device is tested to endure for 200 million commutations.
Product Line Up
Daimer offers a complete line of continuous refill steam cleaners, ranging from consumer/commercial machines to industrial equipment, and voltages for domestic and international customers, depending on the model.
The KleenJet® Plus 300CS steam cleaner is the entry level product and offers a variable pressure dial, up to 75 psi and temperatures up to 310ºF. The system has a 2 liter boiler tank and a 2-liter refill chamber.
The KleenJet ® Ultra 10110C steam cleaner is an industrial grade product offering up to 150 psi and 360º F. For refilling, the machine offers two options: a 20-liter chamber or direct feed from a water hose line.
