WOBURN, MA U.S.A. March 5, 2010 - Daimer Industries, Inc.®, a specialized provider of gum remover machines for educational markets, shipped the high-performance KleenJet® Supreme 3000CVG. The system offers more power and higher capacity for large scale chewing gum removal applications.

"We wanted to offer a gum cleaner system for larger applications," according to KleenJet® and www.daimer.com spokesman Matthew Baratta. "The 3000CVG gum removal equipment handles gum wads and conventional steam cleaner jobs, such as cleaning hard surfaces like tile and grout."

Gum Remover with More Juice

The new Daimer® machines use the same base unit as the company's 3000CV steam cleaners. An integrated a chewing gum removal subsystem includes a steam floor squeegee, a rust-resistant metallic brush and a concentrated gum dissolving solution.

KleenJet® Supreme 3000CVG gum remover systems offer water capacity of 9 L (boiler unit and continuous refill chamber), 2 L of detergent chamber capacity, and 14 L of extraction capacity. The gum removal equipment reaches pressures of 96 psi and 329º Fahrenheit. The 3200 watt machines offer the densest steam in Daimer®'s educational gum remover line.

The units heat from a cold start to steam in as little as 15 minutes. The new gum remover includes a high-performance vacuum and 10-foot steam and 10 foot vacuum hoses. Longer hoses are available as options.

This gum remover machine is housed in a plastic and steel case.
