WOBURN, MA, U.SA. - August 6, 2010 - Daimer Industries, Inc.®, a long-time supplier of institutional carpet cleaners, has announced a new series of carpet cleaners for cleaning contractors. The heated XPH-9600 series includes two high performance machines, the 9600 and 9650 that feature auto-fill, auto dump, plus the highest pressure levels and temperatures in the XTreme Power line.

Carpet Cleaning Machines with Bells, Whistles, and Power

The new 9600-class line is composed of the XPH-9600 and XPH-9650 carpet shampooers. The machines feature multiple capabilities for extended periods of cleaning without the user having to stop.

An auto-fill feature automatically refills the fluid tank when levels dip below a certain level. Similarly, the auto dump feature empties the waste tank when it becomes full. The machines are equipped with institutional-sized solutions tanks of 17 gallons and extraction chambers rated at 15 gallons.

The carpet extractors are equipped with two inline heating components that can reach temperatures of 210ºF. The units heat up in as little as five minutes.

Each machine offers the most rated pressure levels in the XTreme Power line: 500 psi. The carpet cleaners come with multiple, multi-stage motors. The 9600 produces water lift of 250 inches and air flows of 100 cfm. The 9650 offers water lift of 150 inches and air flows of 200 cfm.

The carpet cleaning systems incorporate a proprietary, low-fluid flow, architecture designed to reduce carpet drying times to approximately two hours.

Each system is equipped with a 12-inch wide enclosed two-jet floor wand. Wands in smaller sizes for stairs, upholstery and auto detailing applications can be purchased from Daimer®. The carpet cleaners are sold with two 100-foot hoses, one for extraction and the other for solution. The hoses can be split into shorter segments for smaller areas.
