WOBURN, MA U.S.A. - August 13, 2010 -- Daimer Industries, Inc.®, a complete provider of steam cleaner systems and accessories, announced new $2.50 brushes for its KleenJet® Mega 1000CV vacuum steam system. The detail brushes will be available in three bristle types and manufactured to match the brushes offered by other vendors for as much as $20.

Steam Cleaner with Low Cost of Ownership

According to Daimer®, detail brushes can represent more than 95 percent of a customer's accessory costs. Commercial customers can purchase 100 brushes over the life of a machine. One hundred brushes for the 1000CV would cost $250 from Daimer®. Other vendors could charge as much as $2000 for the brushes or nearly 8 times more than Daimer®.

As with many of Daimer®'s steam cleaner systems, the 1000CV accepts 3 types of brushes. Stainless products offer the most abrasion for applications such as removing carbon buildup from commercial grills. Softer brass bristles are designed for cleaning stubborn residues on metal surfaces. Nylon bristle brushes are engineered for the most delicate surfaces.

1000CV Vacuum Steam Cleaner

Daimer®'s 1000CV steam cleaner includes the company's other features designed for low cost ownership. The systems have stainless steel grade boilers that carry a lifetime warranty. The cover and base of the unit is also stainless steel. A replaceable heating rod design allows the customer to have a single component replaced in the event of a heating system problem. The machines carry a 3-year warranty on parts.

The steam cleaner machines also include industrial extraction systems, HEPA and water filtration, pressure levels to 89 psi and temperatures to 320ºF.
