WOBURN, MA U.S.A. - August 20, 2010 -- Daimer Industries, Inc.®, an established provider of cleaning components and steam cleaning machines, is shipping $2.50 brushes for its KleenJet® Supreme 3000CV vacuum steam systems. The compact brushes are being sold with three bristle densities and are designed to equal brushes sold elsewhere for $20.

According to Baratta, replacement brushes represent nearly 95 percent of some customers' after-purchase costs. Institutional customers with heavy needs can buy 100 or more brushes over a machine's life. One hundred brushes for a 3000CV will cost $250 purchased from Daimer®. Comparable brushes purchased from some vendors could run nearly $2000 or close to 8 times as much.

The 3000CV, like other Daimer® steam cleaning machines, can use brushes with three bristle densities. Steel bristles provide maximum friction for jobs such as cleaning carbon residue from grills and ovens. Moderate-friction brass bristles can remove substances on standard metal surfaces. Nylon bristles provide the least friction for the most delicate finishes and materials.

3000CV Steam Cleaning Machines with Vacuums

The 3000CV steam cleaners are manufactured with Daimer®'s other low cost of ownership features. The machines include integrated no-rust steel boiler units covered by lifetime warranties. The base is stainless steel and the cover is tempered composite. A heating rod component design lets customers have a single rod replaced in case of heating failure. The steam cleaning machines are covered by 3-year parts warranties.

The steam cleaning machines are manufactured with integrated commercial vacuums, water and HEPA filtration, plus pressure levels nearing 96 psi and temperatures near 329ºF.
