The Super Max™ 12200 WS is a powerful electric wet sand blaster pressure washer offering a high flow rate (4 GPM) and pressure (2000 psi) for a wide variety of industrial and commercial pressure washing applications. This machine can function independently as a cold water, hot water, and steam pressure washer with steam temperatures reaching up to 330ºF.

Standard with the Super Max™ 12200 WS wet sand blaster pressure washer machine is Daimer's unique and powerful wet sandblasting system that effectively and efficiently removes rust, corrosion, paint layers or heavy deposits from a variety of metal surfaces, bringing the surface back to shiny bare metal. For use as a wet sand blaster, this pressure washer must be used in cold water mode.

The wet sandblasting system consists of a specialized venturi head, 15' flexible sand pickup tube, and sand point for drawing sand into the hose directly from the container. The suction from the head carries the sand grit through the pickup tube and into the head where it mixes with high-pressure washer. The high-pressure water and sand grit exit the head through a special round nozzle and are pushed across the surface to remove layers for an even deeper clean. The wet sand blaster pressure washers can be used with a range of sand grit sizes and media, including baking soda and small plastic pellets.

Designed for spot removal of corrosion, rust, and other materials from metal surfaces, Daimer's wet sandblasting machines feature a 1 1/2" width spray pattern.

The Super Max™ 12200 WS can also be purchased with trailer mounting and two gun operation configurations.
