The Super Max™ 12300 WS is one of the most powerful , industrial commercial, electric, wet sand blaster pressure offered by Daimer. This robust machine boasts a high pressure of 3000 psi and flow rate of 5 GPM, with high steam temperatures reaching 330ºF. This adaptable pressure washer machine can be used for a variety of applications as it can operate individually as a cold water, hot water, or steam pressure washer.

Adding to the versatility of this ultra-powerful pressure washer equipment is the addition of Daimer's unique and effective wet sandblasting system. For use as a wet sand blaster, this pressure washer must be used in cold water mode. This system includes a special venturi head for suction and the mixing of high-pressure water and sand grit, a 15' sand pick up tube to carry the sand to the head, and a metal sand point which draws sand into the system directly from the container. Users can adjust the water/sand ratio through the proportioning valve. All of these parts are made of the highest quality components.

While normal pressure washers function by just removing contaminants from a surface, the Super Max™ 12300 WS wet sand blaster pressure washer can be used to remove a layer of material from a surface to eliminate rust, corrosion, paint layers or heavy deposits to bring the surface down to shiny bare metal. Wet sandblasting is a more cost effective and safe method than sandblasting using compressed air. However, because it is slower, wet sandblasting is ideal for small area spot cleaning. Daimer's wet sandblaster machines feature a 1 1/2" width spray pattern., ideal for spot removal of corrosion, rust, and other materials from metal surfaces.

All Daimer's Super Max™ 12000 WS series wet sand blaster pressure washers can also be purchased with trailer mounting and two gun operation configurations.
