The Super Max™ 12800 WS is a versatile industrial commercial electric wet sand blaster pressure washer that offers a pressure level of 1000 psi, flow rate of 2 GPM, and high steam temperatures up to 330ºF. This wet sand blaster pressure washer machine has several versatile features. It can function independently as a cold water, hot water, and steam pressure washer. It can be use with the included wet sandblasting system for the removal of rust, corrosion, paint layers or heavy deposits from a variety of metal surfaces. And, it is mobile with the option to be purchased with trailer mountable and two gun operation configurations.

The wet sand blaster system included with the Super Max™ 12800 WS is a powerful sand blaster kit that actually removes a layer of material from a surface, while standard pressure washers only remove contaminants from a surface. The high quality components that make up the wet sandblasting system include the special venturi head, 15' flexible pickup tube, and metal sand point. For use as a wet sand blaster, this pressure washer must be used in cold water mode. Daimer's wet sandblaster machines feature a 1 1/2" width spray pattern., ideal for spot removal of corrosion, rust, and other materials from metal surfaces.

The sand point draws the sand grit directly from the container into the pickup tube which carries the sand into the head where it is mixed with high-pressured waster. The high-pressure creates a suction pressure to carry the sand throughout the system. The high-pressure water and sand exits the head through the special round nozzle and is forced across the surface to be blasted. The head contains a proportioning valve to adjust the flow of sand and water. And, the 12800 WS can be used with a range of sand grit sizes and media, including baking soda and small plastic pellets.

The Super Max™ 12800 WS wet sand blaster pressure washer runs on a 1.5 HP NEMA engine, and can be purchased with No. 1 and No. 2 heating oil, diesel, or kerosene heating.
