The Super Max™ 12880 WS is a SUPER POWERFUL commercial industrial mobile wet sand blaster pressure washer offering the same versatile, multi-use functionality (as a hot water, cold water, and steam pressure washer) and power as the 12860 WS but powered by an 18 HP gasoline engine for a higher pressure (3000 psi) and flow rate (5 GPM). This mobile pressure washer machine is, therefore, ideal for outdoor applications without an available electrical supply that require a powerful pressure washer with sandblasting capabilities.

Using the wet sand blaster kit, a much safer and cost efficient method of sandblasting, the Super Max™ 12880 WS can effectively remove rust, corrosion, paint layers or heavy deposits from a variety of metal surfaces, bringing them back down to shiny bare metal. The system does this by forcing a stream of high-pressured water mixed with sand grit across a surface to smooth and sand the surface. For use as a wet sand blaster, this pressure washer must be used in cold water mode. Daimer's wet sandblaster machines feature a 1 1/2" spray pattern, ideal for spot removal of corrosion, rust, and other materials from metal surfaces.

The metal sand point draws sand grit directly from the container into the 15' flexible pickup tube which sucks the sand up through to the head where it is mixed with high-pressure water. This mixture then exits the machine through the special round nozzle. For added functionality, the head has a proportioning valve to adjust the flow of sand and water.

The Super Max™ 12880 WS's wet sand blaster pressure washer can be used with a range of sand grit sizes and media, like baking soda and small plastic pellets. Additionally, this pressure washer equipment can be purchased with optional trailer mounting or two gun operation configurations.
