The Super Max™15400 AF is a stationary, electric Natural Gas, Propane, Oil Heated Pressure Washer that offers cold water and hot water pressure washing with temperatures up to 180º F. Included with this versatile pressure washer machine is Daimer's phosphatizing system, which uses downstream injection for the pre-treating of metal surfaces to prevent rust and corrosion and to prepare these surfaces for application of paint primer or powder coating.

The downstream injector, fittings, and dual lance wand all feature the highest quality stainless steel. Additionally, by using downstream injection, the chemicals only are in contact with the injector, high-pressure hose, trigger gun, wand and nozzle. With these components being easy to protect against corrosive attack, the 15400 AF is a very durable phosphatizing electric pressure washer machine. The dual lance wand features a one trigger gun and two side-by-side tubes; at the outlet of one tube is a high-pressure nozzle and the other a low-pressure nozzle. The crossover valve directs the water flow through either nozzle, but not both at the same time.

Like the 15200 AF, the 15400 AF is an electrically powered unit available with: no.1 or no. 2 heating oil, diesel, kerosene, natural gas, or propane heating. The 15400 AF, however, offers a higher flow rate (3 GPM) and lower pressure (700psi) than the 15200 AF and is ideal for industrial/commercial applications that would benefit from the addition of a permanent pressure washing system, but that need a lower pressure than that offered by the 15200 AF. Available options include: two gun operation.
