The Super Max 15500 AF is a stationary, electric pressure washer offering temperatures up to 180º F, like the 15200 AF and 15400 AF. The Super Max 15500 AF also offers the same high pressure injection, for the addition of cleaning chemicals, as other 15000 AF series models. The Super Max 15500 AF, however, offers a flow rate of 4 GPM at a pressure of 1000 psi. This model is ideal for those requiring the permanent addition of a pressure washer offering a mid-range pressure, but a flow rate higher than the 2 GPM flow rate available with the Super Max 15200 AF.
The included phosphatizing system sets this pressure washer machine apart from other brands. Using downstream injection to pre-treat metal surfaces against rust and corrosion and to prepare these surfaces for the application of paint primer or powder coating, this system is the ideal solution for any industrial phosphatizing application. Adding to its functionality is the stainless steel dual lance wand that features a high-pressure nozzle and a low-pressure nozzle. By opening and closing a crossover valve the water flow is directed through the tube of either nozzle, but not both at the same time.
Like all Daimer products, this phosphatizing system and all its parts and fittings are made of the highest quality stainless steel components; and with minimal parts in contact with the corrosive chemicals, this system is both durable and long-lasting. Heating options are the same as other 15000 AF series models (no.1 or no. 2 heating oil; diesel; kerosene; propane; and natural gas) and available options include two gun operation.
Daimer offers pressure washers in a variety of power configurations for worldwide requirements. The following are available: 110-120V, 208V, 220-240V, 380V, 415V, 440-480V, and 575V; single and three phase; 50 or 60 Hz. Please contact us for pricing.

The concrete surfaces in industrial settings can quickly collect dirt and turn dull in the absence of proper maintenance with electric pressure washers. This is applicable in the case of floors, walls, walkways, driveways, parking lots, and stairs. These surfaces can get dirty with dust, grease, and grimy buildup. It is simply not possible to devote time for scrubbing these surfaces clean. Instead, you need to switch to the powerful cleaning action of pressure washing equipment.
Industrial pressure cleaners offer the perfect combination of pressure levels, flow rates, and temperatures required for efficient industrial maintenance. Cold water-based commercial pressure washers are ideal for washing off the dust and dirt from concrete floors and walls. However, if you need to tackle greasy deposits, go for hot water pressure washers. The hot water ejected by heated versions of pressure washing equipment help instantly dissolve and wash away greasy deposits from different surfaces.
Leading suppliers now offer you the choice of purchasing versatile electric pressure washers that offer the benefits of both the cold water and hot pressure washer versions. For instance, the Super Max 15500 AF from Daimer® is a versatile version capable of generating cold water or hot water at flow rates of 4 gpm and pressure levels of 1000 psi. Powered by a 3 HP NEMA engine and heated by diesel, natural gas, propane, or kerosene, these gas pressure washers eject hot water at temperatures of up to 180ºF. The high temperatures of this hot pressure washer help ensure efficient elimination of grease, oil, and other tough deposits from concrete surfaces.
