The Super Max™ 8700 WS is an electric cold water wet sand blaster pressure washer in an entirely portable configuration. This pressure washer equipment has a flow rate of 3 GPM and pressure of 1500 psi. The 8700 WS is the ideal pressure washer for applications that would benefit from power, portability, and the included wet sand blaster system; but which do not require the added cleaning power of hot water and steam capabilities.

The Super Max™ 8700 WS features Daimer's powerful wet sand blaster system, comprised of only the highest quality components. Wet sandblasting is a safe alternative to other sandblasting methods, like compressed air sandblasting which requires the user to wear breathing protection. Unlike normal pressure washers that only remove contaminants, the 8700 WS wet sand blaster pressure washer can actually remove rust, corrosion, paint layers, or heavy deposits from metal surfaces, restoring them to shiny bare metal. With a specially designed 1 1/2" width spray pattern, Daimer's wet sand blaster machines work best for spot removal of corrosion, rust, and other materials from metal surfaces.

This powerful wet sandblasting process consists of four phases. First, the sand is drawn directly from the container into the hose through the metal sand point. Then the sand pick up tube carries the sand up to the special venturi head where it is mixed with high-pressure water. The high-pressure water carrying the sand grit exits the head through the special round nozzle at high speeds. The flow of sand can be controlled by the proportioning valve located on the head.

The Super Max™ 8700 WS wet sand blaster pressure washer can be used with a range of sand grit sizes and media, including baking soda and small plastic pellets. This pressure washer machine can be purchased with optional two gun operation for added flexibility.
