I've been using your 5800T for the last three months and I must say that I'm very happy
with it. The new wand is a breeze to use. I especially like that way it adjusts no matter
what angle I'm holding it at.

Also, the machine heats up really quickly so I don't waste time once I arrive at a
customer site. Also, I've noticed that carpets are drying faster than the 4 hours you
mentioned on your site. I'm one satisfied customer.

After a quick Google search and several days of phone calls and research, I bought one of
your XPH-5900I machines. What a pleasant surprise!

I was very impressed with the suction power from the adjustable wand included with the
machine. I had not seen that kind of wand anywhere else.

Not only is the machine powerful enough for my new carpet cleaning business, but it was
really easy to set up and use.

I recently added some part time help and he was up and running in no time. Also, I don't
have a van, so I needed a machine that could fit in a car. The other thing I like about
the machine is the heating system because it is fast and gets hotter than any of the other
machines I priced.

A very excellent carpet and upholstery cleaner. My husband and I live in large house

with cats and kids. Since we're in the country, all kinds of dust and dirt get tracked
inside. I use a vacuum cleaner for touch ups for real cleaning I found your XPH-5900IU
affordable and powerful. I recently bought one your new floor wands, so now I can clean
the entire house quickly. I am even loaning the machine to some of my neighbors. If this
keeps up, I may go into the rental business.

I own a carpet cleaning business in Las Vegas with a lot of casino accounts. When I
needed to replace one of my old carpet cleaners, I found your company on the Internet.
Your phone staff was very knowledgeable and suggested the XPH-9300 because I have a
sizeable business with demanding customers. Also, because casinos are open all-night, I
needed a machine with a fast drying time. You claim a 2 hour drying time. My staff says
carpets are often dry in less time than that.

I don't normally write these kinds of letters, but I just wanted to let you know how
pleased my boss is with the 9600 carpet cleaner that I recommended we buy. You guys
made me look really good.

Let me explain. Last year, our walk-behind machine conked out and my boss asked me to
find a heated carpet cleaner that was more versatile and powerful than the walk-behind.
