The XTreme Power® HSC 16820 is a heated hard surface cleaner for industrial commercial uses that combines the Super Max™12820 electric tri-mode pressure washer and the XTreme Power® 11500 SE sludge extractor with Daimer's patented 9" motorized spinner head, resulting in a mobile, indoor hard surface cleaner with powerful extraction capabilities and more efficient cleaning than non-motorized spinners. This model differs from the 16800 with its higher pressure (1500 psi) and flow rate (3 GPM). This hard surface cleaner can produce spinner cleaning temperatures up to 210º F and steam temperatures up to 330º F.

With the XTreme Power® HSC 16820 restaurants, food service facilities, and others can remove the residue and buildup that can create nuisance insects and rodents, the appearance of which can lead to Health Department warnings, demerits, fines, and worse. This hard surface cleaner is ideal for limitless indoor applications including: tile and grout cleaning, marble cleaning, stone cleaning; removing and stripping wax buildup on VCT and vinyl flooring; cleaning rubber floors and other even and uneven hard surfaces.

The XTreme Power ® 11500 SE's extraction power makes it ideal in removing debris laden sludge with solids up to ½" in diameter and in flood damage restoration. The Super Max™ 12820 tri-mode pressure washer is both mobile and trailer mountable. Additionally, both of these machines can be used individually. Combining these two machines makes the XTreme Power® HSC 16820 a highly effective hard surface cleaner, power washer, and sludge extractor ideal for those requiring multifaceted cleaning equipment.

Add an optional 19" spinner head configuration to quickly swap out the 9" spinner tool if you wish to clean larger surfaces for virtually any outdoor application.
