The Super Max™ 15200 AST® is a stationary, natural gas, propane or oil heated fired, industrial, tri-mode electric pressure washer featuring the world's only, a Daimer exclusive, AST® (Automatic Shutoff Technology®). The added safety of this beneficial function reduces the wear and tear on the pump and other components, and extends the life of the 15200 AST® pressure washer machine. Additionally, as a tri-mode pressure washer, the 15200 AST® can be used independently as a cold water, hot water, or steam pressure washer; with hot temperatures reaching 220ºF and steam temperatures up to 330ºF.

This robust stationary pressure washer equipment is powered by a 1.5 HP NEMA engine, providing a flow rate of 2 GPM at a pressure of 1000 psi. This Super Max® 15200 AST® offers the customer the opportunity to choose between no.1 or no. 2 heating oil, diesel, kerosene, natural gas, or propane heating, and provides the option to be purchased with versatile two gun operation. This introductory 15000 AST® series pressure washer maintains the high level of functionality seen in the entire series, including the high pressure injection allowing for the addition of cleaning chemicals to further enhance the 15200 AST®'s cleaning capabilities; making it the ideal pressure washer machine for any industrial facility requiring a permanent, yet versatile pressure washer fixture, but without ultra-high pressures or flow rates.

What is AST® Technology?

AST® is a proprietary system that works as follows: When AST® is engaged, it shuts off the pump and motor after 30 seconds if the gun is not in use and water is not flowing through the system. When the pressure washer operator pulls the trigger again, the motor and pump go on. This feature is particularly useful for applications in which the pressure washer operator is using a long hose, say more than 25 feet, and it is not practical for them to go back and forth to the machine to turn it off during every break.

The pumps and motors in conventional electric pressure washers remain active whether or not water is flowing through the system. As a result the user has to keep walking back to the system to shut it off or risk damaging the motor and pump.
