Wet Steam Chewing Gum Removal Machines

Often times those accustomed to using pressure washers to clean outside surfaces would rather use a pressure washer based gum removal system, rather than one producing "dry" steam requiring brushes and a chemical. These individuals have access to a waters supply and want to clean gum using a wand similar to that of a standard pressure washer.

Expanding on our highly successful Gum Exterminator® series, Daimer® now offers powerful wet steam pressure washers to tackle a wide range of outdoor cleaning and chewing gum removal applications, while satisfying power users.

Benefits of Wet Steam Gum Removal

Daimer®'s Super Max™ pressure washers offer superior cleaning power, emitting sizzling wet steam at temperatures up to 330°F, the highest-temperature wet steam emission in the world. Such high wet steam temperatures combine with high pressure levels to rapidly melt away even the hardest, most stubborn gum wads from concrete, brick, and a host of other surfaces.

*This image shows the Super Max7000 in action, rapidly dissolving
gum with blazing hot wet steam at temperatures up to 330°F.

Unlike our highly successful Gum Exterminator® series chewing gum removal machines for those who have limited or no access to water supply and power, the Super Max™ wet steam pressure washers literally dissolve and obliterate gum with the power of super high temperature wet steam flow. The rapid gum dissolving power of these concrete gum remover systems greatly increase the speed of virtually any chewing gum removal application.

These Super Max™ wet steam gum remover machines work by emitting highly pressurized wet steam without soaking the concrete and other surfaces, like conventional 100% water based pressure washers. This means that gum is removed from concrete, brick, and other surfaces completely, without creating a water mess. The fact is the Super Max™ wet steam flow contains about 64% water and 35% ultra-steamy vapor to produce absolutely outstanding chewing gum removal results. Nothing in the industry cleans chewing gum like Daimer's Super Max™ wet steam gum remover pressure washers.

Available Concrete & Brick Gum Remover Options

Super Max™ wet steam gum removal pressure cleaners are available in a wide variety of configurations to meet the needs of each and every commercial and industrial customers. For example, the Super Max™ 7000 AST offers the same power and temperature levels as the Super Max™ 7000, with the addition of Daimer®'s exclusive Automatic Shutoff Technology™. AST® greatly reduces wear and tear on key machine components by turning off the brick gum remover system during periods of inactivity. Ultimately, this beneficial feature is ideal for gum removal professionals working at a distance from the machine, as they do not have to return to the machine to turn it off during each rest period.

Another variation of this powerful machine can be found in the Super Max™ 7000SP, a system boasting Daimer®'s Super-HOT™, Super High Temperature Optimized Technology™. While the 7000 is a tri-mode system capable of emitting cold water, hot water, and wet steam for chewing gum removal, the 7000SP emits only wet steam. Use of only wet steam enables 7000SP operators to do away with any confusion over which temperature method to use, while focusing on the highest powered output.
