The powerful, motorized spinner head in hard surface cleaners, such as the XTreme Power ® HSC 14000, helps clean around 1000 square feet per hour. The spinner rotation rate of 1000 rpm, high inlet water temperatures of up to 140º F, and pressure levels of up to 1500 psi help it attain results comparable to those accomplished by floor steam cleaner systems.

The simultaneous extraction functions of these hard surface cleaners help remove and contain dirt deposits rather than simply dispersing them. Unlike various floor steam cleaner systems or portable steam cleaners, the dirt particles extracted by the XTreme Power ® HSC 14000 are directed into the recovery tank, so that it is easy to dispose the contaminated water later.

The XTreme Power ® HSC 14000 like the 13000 industrial commercial turbo forced charged hard surface cleaning machine with a continuous and simultaneous extractor as well as patented, motorized spinner head for incredibly powerful spinner action is capable of cleaning ~ 1000 sq/ft per hour. The powerful spinner rotates at 1000 rpm, supporting water temperatures up to 140º F, and is fired at the surface at up to 1500 psi, higher than other portable hard surface cleaning machines of its type in the industry. Vacuum air flow at 200 cfm (cubic feet per minute) allows dirt/grease/grime to be removed and contained rather than dispersed, and the hard surface cleaning machine meets EPA guidelines for proper disposal of contaminated water and residue from outside concrete, brick, and other surfaces.

Daimer's powerful and versatile hard surface cleaning machine, like the HSC 13000, can help easily remove and strip wax buildup from VCT and vinyl flooring, and can also be used as a carpet cleaner, pressure washer, and upholstery cleaning equipment through the addition of the available carpet, pressure washer, or upholstery wands and tools.
