Hot Water Pressure Washer for Cleaning Commercial Areas

A hot water pressure washer should be durable, powerful, and effective. If your hot water pressure washer is unable to reach high pressure or temperature, you would have to work longer and harder to obtain results. This makes the cleaning process ineffective, which could be detrimental to business.

Hot water pressure washers should have pressure levels of at least 700 PSI to be effective in cleaning commercial locations. Some hot water pressure washers have pressure levels as high as 4000 PSI. However, for most ordinary commercial cleaning requirements, high pressure washers with up to 1500 PSI pressure levels are sufficient.

A steam pressure washer with temperature above 212 degrees Fahrenheit is ideal for dissolving grease and removing molds and other dirt. Some pressure wash machines have temperatures higher than 300 degrees Fahrenheit, and these machines are able to clear away the toughest grease deposits in a matter of minutes.

High temperatures are also ideal for melting snow and clearing rooftops. Steam pressure washers should also have different temperature settings, such as cold water and hot water, besides very hot water. This way, you can use cold water to clean lighter layers of dirt.

A high pressure washer should also have a long hose, particularly for use in commercial areas. The hose that is too short will force the operator to keep moving the machine constantly and this could reduce productivity. Electric pressure machines are usually the best option for indoor areas, but some contractors may use gasoline, diesel, or propane pressure systems in open areas, away from the crowd.

There are a lot of different features to choose from; so you should know the potential applications before you purchase a pressure washer machine.
