This robust, versatile machine system is actually several machines in one :
1. Powerful Commercial Multi-Surface Portable 1500 PSI Heated Hard Surface Spinner Cleaning Machine. Exceptional spinner cleaning temperatures up to 210º F. Add an Optional 9" Spinner/Wand for Smaller Area Cleaning.
2. Commercial Steam Pressure Washer. 1500 PSI, up to 3 GPM. Pressure Washer Wand Included.
3. Commercial Wall Cleaning System. Using optional Squeegee Wand or optional 9" Spinner for Placement in Hands
4. Commercial Sludge Extractor. Powerful 30 GPM for Water Damage Restoration.
The XTreme Power® HSC 17820 is a heated hard surface cleaner for industrial commercial uses that combines the Super Max™ 12820 electric tri-mode pressure washer and the XTreme Power ® 11500 SE sludge extractor with Daimer's 19" spinner head, resulting in a mobile, outdoor hard surface cleaner with powerful extraction capabilities. This model differs from the 17800 with its higher pressure (1500 psi) and flow rate (3 GPM). This hard surface cleaner can produce spinner cleaning temperatures up to 210º F and steam temperatures up to 330º F.
The 17820 can easily remove oil, grease, dirt, and a host of other substance that can detract from the appearance of concrete, driveways, walkways, sidewalks, and other outdoor surfaces, making it a highly effective, versatile hard surface cleaning solution. The XTreme Power® 11500 SE's extraction power makes it ideal in removing debris laden sludge with solids up to ½" in diameter and in flood damage restoration. The Super Max™ 12820 tri-mode pressure washer is both mobile and trailer mountable. Additionally, both of these machines can be used individually. Combining these two machines makes the XTreme Power® HSC 17820 a highly effective hard surface cleaner, power washer, and sludge extractor ideal for those requiring multifaceted cleaning equipment.
Add an optional 9" spinner head configuration to quickly swap out the 19" spinner tool if you wish to clean surfaces for which the larger tool is inappropriate.

If you expect to accomplish just more than floor maintenance with your floor cleaning equipment, then it is high time you learnt the benefits of using the latest versions from leading distributors. Here is a look at one powerful and complex floor washing system designed for industrial applications.
The XTreme Power® HSC 17820, available from Daimer®, is an advanced hard floor cleaner that scores high in terms of versatility. This floor cleaning equipment is an unbelievable combination of a multi-surface cleaner, power wash system, wall cleaner, and sludge extractor. As pressure washers, these machines possess tri-mode capabilities, pressure levels of 1500 psi, and flow rates of 3 gpm. The XTreme Power® HSC 17820 generates hot water at temperatures of up to 210ºF and steam at temperatures as high as 330ºF.
The construction of floor steam cleaners must be rugged enough to survive the challenging conditions in industrial environments. For this reason, tile grout cleaners, such as the XTreme Power® HSC 17820, are made of high-grade housing materials. While the extractors feature a housing of tough fiber composite, the steam pressure washers are housed in chip resistant stainless steel.
As multi-surface hard floor cleaners, the XTreme Power® HSC 17820 features a 19-inch spinner head that rotates at a rate of 1000 rpm to offer powerful cleaning capabilities. Simply replace this 19-inch spinner with the optional 9-inch spinner and the hard surface cleaner is ready to work as a commercial wall cleaning system. To cater to international cleaning applications, these hard surface cleaners are available with different optional power methods in addition to the standard power method of 220V-240V, single phase, 60 Hz.
