The Super Max™ 12300 AF system can be used independently as a cold water pressure washer or hot water pressure washer. Adding to the versatility of this pressure washer machine is the included phosphatizing system. Using downstream injection this system pre-treats metal surfaces to prevent rust and corrosion and to prepare the surface for the application of paint primer and powder coating. With its high quality stainless steel fittings and parts and phosphatizing method that minimizes the chance of corrosive attack, this pressure washer equipment is ideal for virtually any phosphatizing application.
The included stainless steel dual lance wand features a one trigger gun with two tubes, one with a high-pressure nozzle and the other with a low-pressure nozzle. The crossover valve controls the flow of water to either nozzle, but not both at the same time.
This electric pressure washer with a propane heating system offers the same portability and versatility options as the Super Max™ 12200 AF (optional two gun operation and optional wheel configurations) with a higher flow rate (5 GPM) and pressure (3000 psi) than the Super Max™ 12200 AF. This model is ideal for those desiring the features of the 12200 AF, but with additional power for more difficult applications.
Daimer offers pressure washers in a variety of power configurations for worldwide requirements. The following are available: 110-120V, 208V, 220-240V, 380V, 415V, 440-480V, and 575V; single and three phase; 50 or 60 Hz. Please contact us for pricing.

Fuel-powered commercial pressure washers are now widely used by cleaning professionals to manage a host of challenging applications in commercial and industrial settings. Electric pressure washers that require to be tethered to electrical outlets can considerably hinder the free movement of users. In contrast, gas pressure washers do not need to be connected to electrical sockets and do not present hindrances in the form of power cords. Consequently, these fuel-powered versions are more mobile and more suited for the maintenance of vast or outdoor areas.
One issue that all users faced with fuel-powered industrial pressure washers was the fumes ejected by these machines while in use. These pressure washing machines were previously unsuitable for maintaining indoor areas with poor ventilation. However, reputed suppliers have satisfactorily addressed this issue by creating the new-generation versions featuring extra long hoses. Now the pressure washers can be placed outdoors and the long hoses enable users to access and clean indoor areas. The fumes are safely expelled outdoors and present no risk to the users.
The Super Max™ 12300 AF from Daimer® is a versatile pressure washing equipment that can be independently used in the hot water or cold water mode. Powered by a 10.0 HP NEMA engine and heated by propane, these hot water pressure washers generate flow rates of 5 gpm and pressure levels of 3000 psi. The pressure washing equipment also features a powerful phosphatizing system. To cater to the various cleaning applications in vast industrial settings, these pressure washers feature optional wheeled configurations and optional two-gun operation.
