The Super Max12500 PE WS is one of the most powerful mobile wet sand blaster pressure washer offered by Daimer. With a high pressure levels (3000 psi) and flow rate (5 GPM) and steam temperatures reaching up to 330ºF, this pressure washer machine has the ability to function independently as a cold water, hot water, or steam pressure washer for a variety of industrial and commercial applications.

Included with this robust wet sand blaster pressure washer equipment is Daimer's wet sandblasting kit. For use as a wet sand blaster, this pressure washer must be used in cold water mode. This system is comprised of the highest quality components, including a special venturi head, 15' flexible pickup tube, and metal sand point. The sand point draws the sand grits directly from the container into the tube which then sucks the sand into the head where it is mixed with water. The resulting mixture exits the head through a special round nozzle at exceptional speeds to actually remove a layer off the surface. The proportioning valve can adjust the flow of sand/water through the head.

Wet sandblasting is ideal for the removal of rust, corrosion, paint layers or heavy deposits from a variety of metal surfaces, bringing the surface back to shiny bare metal. This form of sandblasting is much safer than with compressed air sandblasting, which requires users to wear protective clothing and breathing protection. Daimer's wet sandblaster machines feature a 1 1/2" width spray pattern., ideal for spot removal of corrosion, rust, and other materials from metal surfaces.

The Super Max™ 12500 PE WS wet sand blaster pressure washer is the idea machine for outdoor pressure washing and wet sandblasting applications where an electrical supply is not available. Additionally, this pressure washer machine is ideal for those who prefer propane to gasoline. The Super Max™ 12500 PE WS can also be purchased with trailer mounting and two gun operation configurations.

Power Washer Systems: Perfect for Spot Removal of Paint

Ever since their advent, commercial pressure washers have been widely used to manage a host of maintenance tasks in industrial and commercial areas. A medium-powered pressure washer equipment is ideal for lighter-duty applications, while the tough jobs call for powerful electric pressure washers. When your job involves spot removal of paint, it is best to choose industrial pressure washers that feature wet sandblaster systems.

The Super Max™ 12500 PE WS, available from Daimer®, is a powerful, propane pressure washer featuring flow rates of 5 gpm and pressure levels of 3000 psi. It comes with a stainless steel construction, tri-mode functions, and optional features, such as a trailer mountable configuration and two-gun operations. These hot water pressure washers generate hot water at temperatures ranging from 180ºF to 210ºF and wet steam at temperatures of up to 330ºF.

The wet sandblaster system in propane pressure washers, such as the Super Max™ 12500 PE WS, has been designed for use in the cold water mode. In addition to sand grit of different sizes, the wet sandblaster system also uses small plastic pellets or silica with highly pressurized water, to remove rust, corrosion and paint from metal surfaces. The one and half inches wide spray pattern of these gas pressure washers enables easy spot removal of paint and other deposits, reducing metal surfaces into bare metal. This wet sandblaster system of the propane pressure washer is safer when compared to other techniques, such as compressed air blasting that requires users to don protective clothes and breathing apparatus.
