truck mount pressure washer, steam pressure washer

The Super Max12820 WS is a powerful industrial commercial electric wet sand blaster pressure washer that can function independently as a cold water, hot water, and steam pressure washer. This multi-functional pressure washer offers a pressure level of 1500 psi and flow rate of 3 GPM, providing for a powerful pressure washer with the added versatility of its mobile configuration. This pressure washer machine can also be purchased with two gun operation and trailer mountable configurations.

Included with all Super Max™ WS machines is Daimer's exceptional wet sand blaster system for the efficient removal of rust, corrosion, paint layers or heavy deposits from virtually any metal surface. This powerful system is a preferred alternative to compressed air sandblasting as it is much safer and does require the user to wear protection. Wet sandblasting's concentrated power is ideal for small area spot cleaning. For use as a wet sand blaster, this pressure washer must be used in cold water mode. Daimer's wet sandblaster machines feature a 1 1/2" width spray pattern., ideal for spot removal of corrosion, rust, and other materials from metal surfaces.

Comprised of the highest quality components, Daimer's wet sand blaster kit includes the special venturi head, 15' flexible pickup tube and metal sand point. The sand point draws the sand into th system directly for the container. The pickup tube carries the sand to the pressurized head which mixes the high-pressure water and sand. The mixture exits the machine through the special round nozzle which can control the sand flow through the proportioning valve. The result is a high-pressure wet sand blaster capability that actually removes layers of material from a surface.

Daimer offers pressure washers in a variety of power configurations for worldwide requirements. The following are available: 110-120V, 208V, 220-240V, 380V, 415V, 440-480V, and 575V; single and three phase; 50 or 60 Hz. Please contact us for pricing.

Power Cleaner Systems for Concrete Maintenance

Concrete maintenance is one of the toughest cleaning jobs around. The reason is obvious, as concrete surfaces are exceptionally porous and quickly absorb dust, dirt, grease, rust, stains, and paint. Once these deposits penetrate into the concrete, it is extremely difficult to eliminate them. Now that explains why cleaning experts recommend choosing industrial pressure washers for concrete maintenance. These days, gas pressure washers are widely used for a range of concrete cleaning tasks, such as maintaining roads, driveways, sidewalks, porches, parking lots, and garages. Hot steam pressure washers are also ideal for maintaining the greasy floors and walls in industrial settings.

If you are searching for powerful pressure washers with versatile cleaning functions, then the Super Max™12820 WS from Daimer® is a good choice. Given its flow rate of 3 gpm and pressure level of 1500 psi, this pressure washing machine features enough power to tackle concrete maintenance jobs. In addition to the mobile configuration, such electric pressure washers also feature optional two-gun operation and truck mountable configuration. The triple-mode capabilities enable these commercial pressure washers to independently eject hot water, cold water, or wet steam. The pressure washing machine generates steam at temperatures of up to 330ºF and hot water at temperatures ranging from 180ºF to 210ºF. The machine works on a heavy-duty 3.0 HP - NEMA motor.

The wet sandblaster system in pressure washers, such as the Super Max™12820 WS, helps efficiently remove rust, paint layers, and other heavy deposits from concrete surfaces. The pressure washing equipment especially simplifies the graffiti removal tasks by completely eliminating all traces of spray paint from concrete walls. The wet sandblasting system uses a mixture of sand and pressurized water.
