The Super Max™ 15800 AST® is a powerful, stationary, tri-mode electric pressure washer featuring the one-of-a-kind AST® (Automatic Shutoff Technology®). This Daimer exclusive prolongs the life of the 15800 AST® by reducing the wear and tear on its pump and components.

This versatile pressure washer equipment can be used independently as a cold water, hot water, or steam pressure washer. With its powerful 5 HP NEMA engine, the 15800 AST® provides users with high pressure (2000 psi) and flow rate (4 GPM). This pressure washer machine offers the same variable heating options as other 15000 AST® series models. Additionally, the Super Max™ 15800 AST® can be purchased with two gun operation. This robust pressure washer machine is ideal for those commercial/industrial applications requiring a powerful permanent pressure washer system addition to their facilities and that would benefit from multiple operator capabilities. One such ideal application for the 15800 AST® is in metallic power coating.

What is AST® Technology?

AST® is a proprietary system that works as follows: When AST® is engaged, it shuts off the pump and motor after 30 seconds if the gun is not in use and water is not flowing through the system. When the pressure washer operator pulls the trigger again, the motor and pump go on. This feature is particularly useful for applications in which the pressure washer operator is using a long hose, say more than 25 feet, and it is not practical for them to go back and forth to the machine to turn it off during every break.

The pumps and motors in conventional electric pressure washers remain active whether or not water is flowing through the system. As a result the user has to keep walking back to the system to shut it off or risk damaging the motor and pump.

Daimer offers pressure washers in a variety of power configurations for worldwide requirements. The following are available: 110-120V, 208V, 220-240V, 380V, 415V, 440-480V, and 575V; single and three phase; 50 or 60 Hz. Please contact us for pricing.

Technology That Prolongs the Life of Pressure Wash Systems

Maintenance experts in charge of cleaning industrial settings generally have to cover vast areas. This is the reason why the pressure washer equipment they use must be specifically designed to help them manage the job without too much effort or time. In addition to advanced elements of construction, these industrial pressure washers must also be empowered with technologies that will considerably simplify their cleaning applications.

For instance, the electric pressure washers used in industrial settings are usually the ones featuring long hoses measuring more than 25 feet in length. During every break, the cleaning professionals have to walk back and forth to turn the system off. If the operators choose to save that effort and leave the pressure washer running, the components in it can overheat and wear away quite fast. For this reason, top suppliers have come up with unique solutions that help protect the commercial pressure washers from overheating without requiring the operators to switch it off.

The auto shutoff technology available in power washers, such as the Super Max™ 15800 AST® from Daimer®, is a highly advanced function that automatically switches off the motor and pump, if it senses that the trigger gun is not in use and water is not passing through the system for more than 30 seconds. To restart the pressure washer, the user has to simply pull the trigger again. This electric, stationary and tri-mode pressure washer equipment is powered by a 5.0 HP NEMA engine and can attain pressure levels of 2000 psi and flow rates of 4 gpm. These electric powered pressure washers also feature optional two-gun operations.
