The Super Max20000 WS is the MOST POWERFUL cold water wet sand blaster pressure washer offered by Daimer. Powered by an outstanding 40 HP NEMA electric engine, this pressure washer provides an immense pressure of 6500 psi and flow rate of 8 GPM! This pressure washer machine can be configured to meet your needs. It consists of three remote stations, allowing up to three users to simultaneously use the machine and comes with a wall mounted NEMA 4 enclosure.

Adding to the robust functionality of the 20000 WS is Daimer's exclusive wet sand blaster system. This extends the equipment's capabilities beyond the contaminant removal of normal pressure washers to the actual removal of layers of material from surfaces. The 20000 WS can remove rust, corrosion, paint layers, heavy deposits and other substances from surfaces. It does so by forcing high-pressure water carrying sand grit across the surface at high speeds.

The wet sand blaster system works in phases. First, the sand point draws the sand directly from the container into the system. The sand is then carried by the 15' flexible sand pickup tube into the special venturi head where it is mixed with high-pressure water. This mixture exits the system at high speeds through the special round nozzle and can be controlled via the proportioning valve on the head. Wet sandblasting can be accomplished using a range of sand grit sizes or media, including baking soda and small plastic pellets.

With a specially designed 1 1/2" width spray pattern, Daimer's wet sand blaster machines work best for spot removal of corrosion, rust, and other materials from metal surfaces.

The high flow rate and pressure combined with multi-user capability and wet sandblasting functionality make this cold water pressure washer machine the ultimate solution for the most demanding industrial cold water pressure washing applications.

Daimer offers pressure washers in a variety of power configurations for worldwide requirements. The following are available: 110-120V, 208V, 220-240V, 380V, 415V, 440-480V, and 575V; single and three phase; 50 or 60 Hz. Please contact us for pricing.

High Pressure Levels in Power Wash Systems: Ideal for Challenging Applications

Whether you purchase gas pressure washers or electric pressure cleaning systems, one aspect that determines the cleaning efficiency and power of these machines is the pressure level. Tougher cleaning applications demand the use of pressure washer equipment with higher pressure levels. Generally, industrial pressure washers feature the highest pressure levels.

Daimer® offers you a stunning range of power washer systems in its Super Max™ series. The different power cleaning systems in this range feature pressure levels ranging from 750 psi to about 7000 psi. While hot water pressure washers with moderate pressure levels work well for lighter-duty tasks, the really challenging applications demand the use of high pressure washer machines. This is especially true in the case of maintenance applications, such as concrete maintenance, graffiti removal, or industrial degreasing.

If you are looking for new pressure washers with exceptionally high pressure levels, then your search ends with the Super Max™ 20000 WS. In fact, this is the most powerful pressure cleaning system in this range. Powered by an ultra-powerful 50 HP NEMA electric engine, this pressure wash system generates pressure levels of 6500 psi and flow rates of 8 gpm. This high pressure washer featuring three remote stations can be customized to meet your needs. The multi-user functionality enables up to three operators to use the machine simultaneously.

The wet sandblasting function is another notable aspect in these electric pressure washers. The sandblaster system, with a 1 ½ inch width spray pattern, creates a mixture of sand and pressurized water, which is then forced across metal surfaces to completely remove heavy deposits, such as paint layers, rust, and corrosion.
