Testimonials

I work for an artisanal cheese producer in Le Havre in Normandy. I ordered the 7050 Super Max pressure washer to clean my cheese manufacturing machines. I like it very much because it takes away the stickiness from the large vessels, the floor and the wall tiles.

If the machines are not clean, the Camembert will not have the right flavor.

I prefer the automatic pressure washer because now we don’t have to scrub with brushes and scrub pads for hours. The operation of the cleaner is very easy and anyone from my staff can use it for cleaning the machines two times in a week.

Basic Aspects of Power Washer Machines

It is important to study the different aspects of pressure washer machines such as the pressure levels, temperature options, flow rates, power source, and mobile configurations before actually making a purchase. Different combinations of the above aspects determine the cleaning efficiency of each pressure washer machine.

  • Here is a brief look at each of these aspects:

  • Pressure levels: For light-duty to moderate tasks, choose pressure washer machines with pressure levels of up to 1500 psi. For highly challenging jobs, go for industrial pressure washers with pressure levels up to 275 bar.
  • Temperature: Cold water based commercial pressure washers will do for light-duty jobs. Hot water pressure washers are best for tough jobs like industrial degreasing or chewing gum removal.
  • Flow rates: Commercial pressure washers with flow rates of 1.89 lpm are great for jobs like vehicle maintenance. For more demanding applications, choose ones with flow rates of 7.57-18.93 lpm.
  • Power source: Electric powered commercial pressure washer is the best for maintaining indoor areas and commercial settings. Go for fuel-powered versions when you need to maintain industrial environments.
  • Mobile configurations: Wheeled versions are ideal for maintaining commercial areas or limited spaces. To manage contracted maintenance of large areas, it is best to purchase trailer mountable industrial pressure washers.

If your cleaning applications require the use of a versatile pressure washer machine, the Super Max™ 7050 from Daimer® will be perfect for you. Featuring pressure levels of 69 bar and flow rates of 9.5 lpm, this tri-mode pressure washer machine is ideal for use as car wash equipment or chewing gum removal system. The capability to generate hot steam at high pressure levels make this commercial pressure washer suitable for a range of tough applications such as commercial kitchen maintenance, car washing, fleet maintenance, and cleaning industrial equipment. You can continue using the Super Max™ 7050 for extended periods simply by connecting it to a hose line.
