The Super Max8950C-840 WS is one of the most powerful cold water wet sand blaster pressure washers offered by Daimer. The 8950C-840 WS is powered by an 21 HP gasoline engine that offers a high pressure of 5000 psi and flow rate of 4.5 GPM. The gasoline engine adds extra mobility to this already portable unit, as it can be used in a variety of outdoor applications where an electrical supply is not readily available.

This wet sand blaster pressure washer machine is ideal for industrial and commercial applications that would benefit from extreme power, wet sandblasting functionality and optional two gun operation, but that do not require the added cleaning power offered by hot water and steam pressure washers.

The Super Max™ 8950C-840 WS comes standard with Daimer's exceptional wet sand blaster system for the efficient and effective removal of rust, corrosion, paint layers, heavy deposits and other substances from surfaces, bringing surfaces back to shiny bare metal. This method of sandblasting is much safer to use than other methods; and it does not require users to wear protective clothing as in other methods, like compressed air sandblasting. With a specially designed 1 1/2" width spray pattern, Daimer's wet sand blaster machines work best for spot removal of corrosion, rust, and other materials from metal surfaces.

The wet sand blaster system is comprised of only the highest quality components, including: the metal sand point, 15' flexible sand pickup tube and special venturi head. The sand point draws sand into the system directly from the container. The sand is then carried by the sand pickup tube into the head where it is mixed with high-pressure water. This mixture exits the system through the special round nozzle and is propelled across surfaces at high speeds to actually remove layers of material. The 8950C-840 WS wet sand blaster pressure washer can be used with a range of sand grit sizes and media, and contains a proportioning valve to adjust the flow of water and sand.

Check Out The Latest Power Wash Systems With A Wet Sandblasting Function

Outdoor applications in industrial settings require the use of powerful and portable gas pressure washers that do not rely on the availability of electricity like electric pressure washers. While some applications, such as degreasing, demand the use of hot water pressure washers, most other jobs in industrial areas can be managed with cold water-based versions.

The Super Max™ 8950C-840 WS, offered by Daimer®, is an extremely powerful, cold water-based version of a pressure washer equipment designed for industrial and commercial applications. Powered by a rugged 18 HP gasoline engine, the pressure washer generates flow rates of 4.5 gpm and pressure levels of 5000 psi. These trailer-mountable industrial pressure washers are housed in chemical-resistant and chip-resistant, powder-coated steel, to ensure maximum durability under the most difficult conditions.

The most notable aspect of the Super Max™ 8950C-840 WS is its powerful, wet sandblasting capability that helps remove corrosion, rust, paint, and other heavy deposits from metals, thereby reducing the surfaces to bare metal. It is best for cleaning smaller surface areas since the nozzle spray pattern is very narrow at just 1/2".

Here is a look at how this wet sandblasting feature works:

  • Sand is drawn into the pressure washer through the sand point.
  • The sand travels through the sand pick-up tube and reaches the venturi head.
  • The sand is then mixed with highly pressurized water.
  • The sand-water mixture is ejected through a round nozzle at high pressure levels.
  • The sand-water mixture is then directed on surfaces, helping remove layers of tough deposits.

Unlike conventional sandblasting systems, the wet sandblaster function of these new pressure washers work with different media and sand grit sizes.
