steam pressure washer, hot water pressure washer

Daimer's Super Max 6000 is an industrial hot water pressure washer designed and built to stand up to heavy use.  A 30lb propane tank neatly rests on the back of the unit to provide fuel for an efficient burner that flash heats water as it passes through a series of stainless steel heating coils.  The temperature is adjusted with a simple knob on the panel that modulates the volume of propane sent to the burner.  The pump is driven by a reliable .75HP 120V electric motor.  The high temperatures produced are constant and allow for quick and easy degreasing with less water consumption than pressure washers that cannot attain these very high temperatures.

The low flow rate of 1.4 gallons/minute (GPM) and relatively low pressure of 750 PSI make the Super Max 6000 ideal for degreasing applications where water usage needs to be limited.  Common applications include: commercial kitchen cleaning, food processing equipment cleaning/degreasing, post fabrication degreasing, surface preparation cleaning, and auto-detailing among may others.

The Super Max 6000 is built in the USA and can be manufactured for operation on different power supplies available in the US or around the world.

For heavy use or if long hose lengths are needed, consider the AST (Automatic Shutoff Technology) version, the Super Max™ 6000 AST.  The AST feature automatically shuts down the pump if the trigger is not depressed for 30 seconds.  The pump automatically reengages when the trigger is depressed.  This eliminates the risk of the pump running continuously, which increases wear and decreased pump lifespan,  if an operator leaves the unit running and un attended.
