The XTreme Power® HSC 16860 is a powerful, heated industrial commercial hard surface cleaner with a 9" motorized spinner that combines the Super Max 12860 mobile, electric tri-mode pressure washer and the XTreme Power® 11500 SE sludge extractor, resulting in an indoor hard surface cleaner with vigorous extraction abilities. The included spinner can work with hot water temperatures up to 210º F and cleans more efficiently than non-motorized spinners. This 9" spinner head can also be removed and applied to walls for advanced wall cleaning in restrooms and other like applications. This robust hard surface cleaner boasts one of the highest flow rates (5 GPM) and pressure (3000 psi) amongst the XTreme Power® HSC series hard surface cleaners.

Restaurants, food service facilities, and others can help remove the residue and buildup that can create nuisance insects and rodents, the appearance of which can lead to Health Department warnings, demerits, fines, and worse. The Super Max 12860 tri-mode pressure washer provides this hard surface cleaner with a highly powerful tri-mode pressure washer capable of reaching steam temperatures of 330º F.
