The Super Max™ 9000 WS is a versatile wet sand blaster pressure washer with a more powerful pressure (1500 psi) and flow rate (2.8 GPM) than the 7000 WS. Like the 7000 WS, this wet sand blaster pressure washer machine has the flexibility to be used as a cold water, hot water, and steam pressure washer. Only adding to this versatility and powerful cleaning capabilities with steam temperatures up to 330ºF is the included wet sand blaster system, standard on all Super Max™ WS machines.

Unlike air compressed sandblasting, wet sandblasting is slower in covering large surfaces, making this machine ideal for small area spot cleaning. This makes the 9000 WS wet sandblasting pressure washer a much safer method of sandblasting. For use as a wet sand blaster, this pressure washer must be used in cold water mode.

While normal pressure washers only remove contaminants from the surface, the 9000 WS wet sand blaster pressure washer can remove a layer of material from the surfaces, bringing the surface back to shiny bare metal. Included with this system are the sand point that draws sand directly from the container, the special venturi head that mixes grit with high-pressure water, and the 15 ft. flexible pickup tube that use suction to carry the sand into the head for mixing. The head contains a proportioning valve to adjust the sand flow. The combined effort of these parts creates a powerful sandblasting, carrying different grit sizes of sand and media across a surface.

The Super Max™ 9000 WS is the ideal machine for a variety of pressure washing and wet sandblasting applications for both industrial and commercial facilities that require a versatile pressure washer machine that can remove rust, corrosion, paint or heavy deposits. With a specially designed 1 1/2" width spray pattern, Daimer's wet sand blaster machines work best for spot removal of corrosion, rust, and other materials from metal surfaces.

The Super Max™ 9000 WS wet sand blaster pressure washer can also be purchased with trailer mounting and two gun operation configurations.

Wet steam output for the Super Max™ 9000 WS can be used with all spray patterns, up to 40°. However, the wet sandblasting kit is designed only for use with cold water.
