Super Max 12860 AF
The Super Max⢠12860 AF is an ultra-powerful electric pressure washer with the same multiple functionality and options as the 12840 AF, but with a 10 HP NEMA engine. The 12860 AF produces a higher flow rate (5 GPM) and pressure level (3000 psi) for added cleaning power in a variety of demanding industrial and commercial applications as well as hot water temperatures up to 180°F. Standard on the 12860 AF is Daimer's exceptional phosphatizing system for the pre-treating of metal surfaces to prevent rust and corrosion and to prepare these surfaces for subsequent application of paint primer and powder coating.

The Super Max12860 AF commercial industrial oil heated fired pressure washer is an electric pressure washer with an oil fired heating system that can be used independently as a cold water pressure washer or hot water pressure washer and offers a higher flow rate (5 GPM) and pressure (3000 psi) than the 12840 AF.
As is standard on all 12000 AF series models, the 12860 AF includes Daimer's phosphatizing system for the pre-treating of metal surfaces to prevent rust and corrosion and to prepare surfaces for the application of paint primer of powder coating. Daimer uses only the highest quality stainless steel in the various components, including: the downstream injector, steel fittings and parts, and the dual lance wand. For added durability, the phosphatizing system uses downstream injection in which the chemical has minimal contact with components that are easily protected against corrosive attack.
The dual lance wand is comprised of heavy-duty stainless steel and contains a high-pressure nozzle and low-pressure nozzle. By opening and closing the crossover valve, the water flow is directed through either nozzle, not both at the same time.
The Super Max 12860 AF can be purchased with either no. 1 or no. 2 heating oil, diesel, or kerosene heating, can be configured with wheels for added mobility, and can also be purchased with two gun operation, like other 12000 AF series models, . This model is ideal for those requiring a powerful system for more difficult applications or those involved in powder coating and require a phosphatizing system.
