The Super Max™ 15200 WS is a stationary, industrial, electric wet sand blaster pressure washer offering a pressure of 1000 psi and flow rate of 2 GPM and can be heated by propane or natural gas. This versatile pressure washer machine can be used independently as a cold water, hot water, and steam pressure washer reaching temperatures of 330ºF.
Adding to the multi-use functionality of the 15200 WS is Daimer's wet sand blaster system that comes standard on all Super Max® WS pressure washer machines. The wet sand blaster pressure washer provides benefits above and beyond compressed air sandblasting as it is much safer to use and does not require users to wear protective clothing. For use as a wet sand blaster, this pressure washer must be used in cold water mode. Using the wet sand blaster provides added power to remove rust, corrosion, paint layers or heavy deposits form a variety of metal surfaces, revealing shiny bare metal. Daimer's wet sandblaster machines feature a 1 1/2" spray pattern, ideal for spot removal of corrosion, rust, and other materials from metal surfaces.
To do so, the 15200 WS uses a metal sand point to draw the sand grit directly from the container into the 15' flexible sand pickup tube that sucks the sand up into the special venturi head where it is mixed with high-pressure water. The high-pressure water and sand exits the head through the special round nozzle and can be controlled through the proportioning valve on the head.
The Super Max™ 15200 WS wet sand blaster pressure washer is the ideal solution for industrial facilities requiring a permanent pressure washer addition that has immense wet sandblasting capabilities. Additionally, the 15200 WS can be purchased with optional two gun operation.
