Powered by a 10 HP gasoline engine, the Super Max™ 8900C-640 WS is a portable cold water wet sand blaster pressure washer that provides a higher pressure of 3000 psi and lower flow rate of 3.5 GPM than the 8900C-525 WS. This pressure washer machine has the ability to actually remove layers of material (like rust, corrosion, paint layers, heavy deposits and more) from surfaces. It can restore surfaces back to shiny bare metal.

The wet sand blaster system forces high-pressure water carrying sand grit across surfaces at high speeds to remove a layer of material. The 8900C-640 WS does so through the combined efforts of its various parts comprised of only the highest quality components. These parts included the metal sand point, 15' flexible sand pickup tube, the special venturi head and the proportioning valve for the control of sand flow.

Wet sandblasting is the safest and most efficient method of sandblasting. It does not require the user to wear breathing protection, while compressed air sandblasting does. Wet sandblasting is ideal for small area spot cleaning and layer removal, as it is slower than dry blasting. With a specially designed 1 1/2" width spray pattern, Daimer's wet sand blaster machines work best for spot removal of corrosion, rust, and other materials from metal surfaces.

The Super Max™ 8900C-640 WC is the ideal machine for a wide array of pressure washer applications that require the combination of power, portability and wet sandblasting capabilities. This wet sand blaster pressure washer machine can be purchased with optional two-gun operation and is trailer mountable when the wheels are removed.
